Make lists.

If putting your keys in the same place every day
  keeps you from misplacing them:
Try expanding that area to include
other items you need on a daily basis.

If you you’ve lost some weight by exercising and eating more consciously:
  Don’t reward yourself with food.

Pay attention to areas where you’re succeeding
and feeling good about yourself.
Figure out which behaviors support those thoughts and activities.
Build on those successes.
Do more of what reflects the life you want to be leading.
